Swahili Village at the US Sevens Rugby in Vegas

This is an exciting time and we are so proud to be a part of the US Sevens Rugby festivities.  Swahili Village will be at the Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas Strip, and the Sam Boyd Stadium, providing great, authentic Kenyan food and adding a lot of Kenyan ambiance to the rugby vibe.  We will be providing plenty of nyama choma, and some cold Tuskers to wash it down.

At the Hard Rock Cafe, Las Vegas Strip, look for the Take Over DJs who will have you on your feet all night dancing to their extremely popular tunes. The Take Over DJs are known for their edgy mixing, with all the DJs in the crew each commanding a very strong, large, loyal following.  From the U.S. to Africa, the Caribbean to Europe, their performances are memorable, with many invitations to return.

Sautisol is slated to perform during the Valentine weekend, February 13-15, 2015.  This award winning group won Best African Act MTV EMA 2014, and were nominees for the Best Worldwide Act for the  MTV EMA 2014. Their music has had international appeal and their fan base continues to grow each year.

The US Sevens Rugby have been a tradition that is growing exponentially in the U.S.  As more Americans start to learn the game of rugby, and understand the rules, US Sevens Rugby has become the mecca for avid rugby fans from all over the world.  The ramifications of its growth in popularity is not lost on the media that has now started to send journalists to cover the event.
